I believe LinuxCNC will run on several ARM processors, such as Rasberry Pi and Beagle Bone. Also, the Machinekit fork of LinuxCNC definitely runs on the Beagle Bone.

Also, Centroid is selling the Acorn CNC control, which appears suspiciously to be a LinuxCNC clone running under cover with another GUI.
