"uspace" is the new "sim".

"uspace will work on either a preempt-RT kernel (and will declare
"Using POSIX realtime"  if you start LinuxCNC from the command line)
and also on a conventional kernel "POSIX non-realtme".

This is slightly more useful than the old pure-simulator as (as far as
I know) it is possible to drive parallel port pins with POSIX
non-realtime, though not with any timing guarantees.
