i am running debian stretch
i did not see any prebuilt packages for stretch and sim

"uspace" is the new "sim".

"uspace will work on either a preempt-RT kernel (and will declare
"Using POSIX realtime" if you start LinuxCNC from the command line)
and also on a conventional kernel "POSIX non-realtme".

This is slightly more useful than the old pure-simulator as (as far as
I know) it is possible to drive parallel port pins with POSIX
non-realtime, though not with any timing guarantees.

i added to /etc/apt/sources.list

deb http://buildbot.linuxcnc.org/ stretch master-rtpreempt
deb-src http://buildbot.linuxcnc.org/ stretch master-rtpreempt

when i run "apt-get install linuxcnc-uspace" apt wants to install a new kernel
how is the best way to get linuxcnc-uspace and keep my curent kernel

apt-get --no-install-recommends install linuxcnc-uspace
thanks
