It is in the manpage markup format ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Groff_(software) ) but copying the surrounding text should allow you to make changes. If you have a Github account then you can edit the text in the web interface and create a pull request from there. You should make sure that you have selected the 2.8 branch before starting the edit.
