:)  I'm beginning to resemble that remark myself.

Thats another albeit probably higher priced solution, but it wouldn't 
take a 1500 W rated ups either, smallest would do fine I'd think. 15 
seconds of holdup to a 20 watt load should be more than adequate. I 
hadn't thought of it but I'll check that out too. Found a 650W at 
tigerdirect, factory refurb, $35.30 w/tax.
