But that is not how CNC machines work and these people should not be
project managers since they are hardly open source CNC architecture
visionaries. They are not even building proper CNC glue guns that can
operate reliably.

Can someone design and manufacture a CNC machine to handle chatter and
other faults? Sure, but not at a price that most are willing to pay for
the electro-mechanical robot operator to replace the humans currently used.
