Greetings all; I ask 'cuz I'm going to see if I can find out today why I can't turn the index axle on the side much more than 1 turn and it binds, with the locking levers on the other side all loosened a turn or so. Even that amount of turning is quite draggy. And this came w/o anything like a usage or even a lube guide. And if that is supposed to be a backing plate for the chuck on the front of it, which came in a separate box, its not machined for the chuck. Its totally plain.
If anyone has a link to a tut on one of these BS-1's I'd sure appreciate it. Thanks a bunch.
