Problem was my clocking, sent out signal to oscilloscope on pin, Ethernet 
frames where OK but sync manager for data sent from node where for some reason 
run continuously then Micro controller had nothing else todo instead of only at 
event only then needed, this randomly delayed signal, forgot at about this 
first so no increased delay for large messages.

Now I am very happy with result.
