I have discovered then larger messages is sent over Ethernet there seems to be something adding jitter on real time performance, like a few hundred micro seconds. Not certain if accessing HAL memory might have performance drawbacks, have seen memcpy(...) so do not think so but have not other good idea. Anybody have any idea?
