Yes it can but input filters are generally acceptable, even recommended 
at times.

I cannot see this link as its a Long link broken by word wrap, allways 
surround long links with <long-link> arrows which protects them from 
word wrapping damage in most link parsers.

Cheers, Gene Heskett, CET (Certified Electronics Technician, says I 
should know about such stuff) But my Cert is from 1972, so it is also 
old, like me. But at 86, I am still trying to teach. Hence the post. :)
