The microswiss kit is about as nice as it can be, but their hot end is 
sadly a POS. So I have modified the OEM hot end and re-installed it, 
works a lot better.

One of the things you need to do if you move the extruder motor to the 
xcarraige is to seriously reduce the filament retraction and subsequent 
reprime moves which are set to around 6.5mm in cura,
when the motor is remote, to around 1 mm when its only 2" to the nozzle, 
otherwise the excess retraction pulls liquid plastic far up into the 
heat sink, freezing it solid until you take it all apart and drill it 
out. Thats a certified PITA.
