I don't Ken, I intent to cut the full length of the stasrt position in 
one pass, rotating this new axis at the thread pitch until I'm at the 
other end of the stick.

Just under 2" diameter, I already have the half nuts printed, which are 
identical with 2 start threads and a preliminary run with a bigger tool 
will be used to make it round. That will be the shakedown run for the 
harmonic drive, which has been running slowly with occasional spurts up 
to around 5 rpm on the kitchen counter for a couple months already. With 
a 1/4" mill in the chuck that should be a much faster routine. I've not 
yet placed a TLO measuring pad, which I'll need for restarts when a tool 
fails but thats just details. I've even printed a short section of the 
bolt to use as a measurment reference when writing the profile data, even 
adding or subtracting a tolerance for thread clearance, so I have a 
pretty good model to measure from.
