Get a temperature differential of 100C between the two parts (outer hotter)
to aid in placement.

For work we fit large bronze bushings in crusher components.  Pack in dry
ice for about 2-4 hrs for a 50kg bushing. Slide into inner bore quickly.

In cold weather we will also warm up the outer assembly to insure install
room prior to Fitting.
