I need to mount a decent encoder (I need direction) - then i think -980 to
980 rpm would be on pid control for just the armature.  That would act like
a normal motor control - and i bet it could be pretty tight.    Then above
that would be a separate pid that is probably a lot less aggressive.

The over all 'loose' pid around the whole loop isn't bad..   I think it
could be better though..
