That is exactly what my picture (link in first message) shows: from
machine's 24V power supply +24V on pin 6, 0V on pin 1 of TB4. Do I
need to connect 1 to 2 and also 3, 4, 5 and 6 together or are they
connected internally?
What is suggested procedure to check outputs with multimeter? Is there
a chance that the chip is damaged and outputs are dead (all at once)?
The thing is that I do not remember how did the board end in my
leftover box, maybe I have tortured it too much.

Since the inputs are working, I take it as a confirmation that 7i37
receives 5V for logic power.
