Ok, yes, that error message does explain the difference. I still don't
understand what I was doing wrong before that I didn't see perf numbers
and/or that message, but looks like now we understand the issue. I think
this is a temporary limitation which will eventually be fixed, but the
workaround isn't hard to do either.
