I suppose if I'd been on-list longer this would make more sense, but is 
fastcomp not already in 1.13.0? And if it is, does this mean that's not 
actually stable?  I just got emsdk_portable and told it to get latest; how does 
the versioning work?

Also, is there somewhere I should have found in my quick search where a more 
clear explanation lives? =]
