Not sure then. Perhaps Sathya has encountered the root issue before and has
a pointer to give. You can also try doing set EMCC_DEBUG=1 and set
EM_BUILD_VERBOSE=3 to make the run as noisy as possible, perhaps that can
give a hint on what command is being run. Try pasting that output to Sathya
in case he has seen the issue.
