Meh, Firefox on Windows doesn't have ANGLE_instanced_arrays yet, there's a 
ticket here: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=843673

My web demos are currently broken on FF Windows because I don't properly 
check for the extension, will fix ASAP.
