Probably I'm missing something, but the new scripts/update_python.py

seems
to have these lines:
os.remove('/usr/local/opt/openssl/lib/libssl.dylib')
os.remove('/usr/local/opt/openssl/lib/libcrypto.dylib')
which normally will fail unless /usr/local/opt and below have acls set
specially.
