Verified RHEL 7 host installation with VDSM master manual build and
those kexec-tools versions:
1) kexec-tools 2.0.4-32
- fence_kdump is not supported in this version
- during host deploy warning message is displayed that kdump
is not supported on host
- kdump configuration not updated
2) kexec-tools 2.0.4-33
- fence_kdump is supported in this version
- during host deploy kdump configuration is updated and kdump
initial ramdisk recreated
