Patch Set 3:
On devenv now it doesn't require paramiko and it simply proposes file based
method for pki.
The only open point is that the proposed commands assumes that the two dev
enviroments are installed on the same path on two different host. The developer
has to manually update the proposed commands to address different
configuration.

Setup will need to do some actions on the remote engine server.
Either automatically, using ssh as root to access it, or you will be prompted
to manually perform each such action.

To sign the WebSocket Proxy certificate on the engine server, please:
1. Copy /tmp/tmp24YW6k from here to
/home/stirabos/ovirt-engine/etc/pki/ovirt-engine/requests/websocket-proxy-f19t6.localdomain.req
on the engine server.
2. Run on the engine server:
/usr/share/ovirt-engine/bin/pki-enroll-request.sh \
--name=websocket-proxy-f19t6.localdomain \
--subject="$(openssl x509 -in
/home/stirabos/ovirt-engine/etc/pki/ovirt-engine/ca.pem -noout -subject | sed
's;subject= \(/C=[^/]*/O=[^/]*\)/.*;\1;')/CN=f19t6.localdomain"
3. Copy
/home/stirabos/ovirt-engine/etc/pki/ovirt-engine/certs/websocket-proxy-f19t6.localdomain.cer
from the engine server to some file here. Provide the file name below.
