Patch Set 3: This has nothing to do with taskcleaner. The problem with providing "pre-upgrade" procedures today is caused by our packaging - we now do not deliver updated DB scripts prior to engine rpm upgrade (that's when the new setup runs). Thus, these procedures must come with the setup packaging.
