Thank you for the reply.  I think the best thing to do is to paste the
whole letter so there is a clear idea of what I am trying to do.  I
hope I am not over doing it by posting the whole thing.

This lettergram is only to confirm my concern that I expressed to you
on October, 02, 2008. Regarding the assignment of Ms. NAME Mahony to
my unit as the supervisor.

I am concerned about the possible problems that might arise as a
result of Ms. Mahony being my supervisor.  She has previously engaged
in business practices that fall short of being ethical, as follows:
Going thought the trash of employees, their cubicles or desk cabinets
and drawers, listening up on conversations, taking work related issues
personal moreover not work related issues, showing favoritism toward
certain employees, enforcing work place rules that she does not apply
to herself or to other supervisors in some cases, calling on her
regular days off to check on employees, down to following an employee
to the bathroom.
I could go on with the list and even be more specific.  My purpose
with this letter is not to be a snitch or to tell on any one. That is
not what I do. It is to make you aware of possible situations that
might arise on the floor. Because over the almost 18 years that I have
been with the COMPANY.  I found that just saying it. Is just that.
I believe that we have a very good team and work atmosphere in a very
demanding and stressful job that I like and enjoy very much. I don’t
think we need to add to the negatives that we are already dealing
with.
It is not that I am taking this in a negative way at any point. But
when you see that the problems have arisen with some very hard working
coworkers over the past few years. I feel is better to speak up.
I understand that some of the practices that I mention above. Have at
one point or another been regular county or district practices.  Like
going through an employees trash can. But there are practices and than
there are practices. I also understand that this decision might have
been out of your control and I want to assure you my full cooperation
is the least you will have from me as a worker to make this change
work as smooth as possible.
I should also mention that among the people that have complain about
Ms. Mahony is my now wife. Who after years of dealing or trying to
deal with her. Found herself force to file a complain with the
Affirmative Action Compliance Department, Ms NAME NAME, Deputy
Compliance Officer and the Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance
Unit, Ms NAME D. NAME.  This was done after going through the chain of
command.  At which meeting I was present.

I am trying to say as much an as clear as possible in a very polite
but to the point form.  as you can see the complain is of ridiculous
and still sometimes unbelievable behavior of a supervisor that has
been getting away with for years. and that is why I need to make it as
clear as possible.
