This lettergram is to confirm my concern that I expressed to you on
October, 02, 2008. Regarding the assignment of Ms. NAME Mahoney to my
unit as the supervisor.

I am concerned about the possible problems that might arise as a
result of Ms. Mahoney being my supervisor.  She has previously engaged
in business practices that fall short of being ethical, as follows:
Going trough employees trash, their cubicles desk cabinets and
drawers, listening to the conversations of others when they do not
concern her, taking work related issues personal moreover not work
related issues, showing favoritism toward certain employees, enforcing
work place rules that she does not apply to herself or to other
supervisors in some cases, calling on her regular days off to check on
employees, following employees to the bathroom to check that this is
where they have gone.
This list can be lengthened and made more specific if necessary. My
purpose with this letter is not to be a snitch or to tell or cause
problems for any one. It is to give awareness of possible problems
that might arise while Ms Mahoney is our supervisor.  I have learned
by working with the COMPANY for the past 18 years that writing a
letter is more efficient than just saying it out loud.
I believe we have a very good team and work atmosphere in a very
demanding and stressful job that I like and enjoy very much. And
adding more stress not only to the unit but the whole floor would be
detrimental.
It is not that I am taking this in a negative way at any point. But
when you see that the problems have arisen with some very hard working
coworkers while under the supervision of Ms Mahoney over the past few
years. I feel is better to speak up.
I understand that some of the practices that I mention above. Have at
one point or another been regular county or district practices.  Like
going through an employees trash can. But there are practices and than
there are practices. I also understand that this decision might have
been out of your control and I want to assure you my full cooperation
is the least you will have from me as a worker to make this change
work as smooth as possible. Thank you for your time in reading my
specified concerns.
I would also like to mention that among the people that have
complained about Ms. Mahoney is my current wife. Who after years of
dealing or trying to deal with Ms Mahoney, she found herself forced to
file complaints with the Affirmative Action Compliance Department, Ms
NAME NAME, Deputy Compliance Officer and the Equal Employment
Opportunity Compliance Unit, Ms NAME D. NAME.  She filed this
complaints after going through the chain of command.  And I was
present at the meeting.
