healthier, you need to do physical exercises and eat a balanced diet. I mean
you should change the way you it. Try to eat less and less junk food which is
politely called fast food!!
As I said you need to eat a balanced diet and less junk food. A balanced
diet is a healthy mixture of not too much meat, lots of vegetables, not too
much sugar, etc.
