Hello Bill Elham and all others, As Bill interpreted, there are only solutions instead of problems depending on how we portray whatever happens to us each single day. To some extend,I agree with him at the concept that it's our mind that determines what becomes of us. However, sometimes it's way beyond our power to overcome some crisis on our own no matter how hard we try. I myself sometimes learn to let go of some certain worries or anxiety when I realize it isn't up to me alone to fix things up. Sometimes, the best thing to do is to stop worrying and not to blow it out of propotion as not to overreact to something unexpected.
And I agree totally with Elham that working out in the gym or jogging is a good way to deal with our overstressed mind.I enjoy taking a walk to work and walking back home after work. Sometimes all we need to do is to distract our attention from certain issues which occupy our thoughts for too long, isn't it?;) Talking about our worries does help us women, but I know men don't consider it a positive way of solving their problems.Typical or most men,I mean. I wish I could learn to "listen" more as I find it is the best way to help people in trouble or in need of support. Good day !
