Q2. ... when everybody talks together. Too much people in the same place makes too much noise, and sometimes I have to do my computer programs with concentration. Then, only with headphones and good music to work. Q3. Sometimes and by a short period, yeap. But not so much time, only to think about live or to wor or research something. I think everyone need to be alone one minute a day.
