Anu, I understand perfectly why you have been worried about Lily's safety. I used to know a few hippies who were men wandering in India and ended up missing,ill or hurt. If they had trouble travelling alone or surviving there,let alone women!;( Lily is a tough woman decided to go on a not-so-short journey as an independent traveler who also has faith in her Indian friends whom she became familair with online...I don't know if I would dare to do so myself. TRUST is a delicate thing... Sometimes all you can do is to make a quick decision based on your guts and intuition,and nothing else counts... Elham, there'll always be another time that we can chat again. It's so hard to believe the last time I chatted with you and Saber was last June already!!! It can't be at 15:00 my time(17:30 your time)as last year because I have to go out of town to teach a group class at 16:00 this Wednesday this year,and my kid (1st grader)comes back from primary school at around 14:00 then ...:( So this Wednesday's chat shall be short if Anu will be able to show up on Skype. Pablo, So nice to have finally heard your voice,your daughter's,your wife's,your Gabo's barking and your parakeet's chirp!!!LOL Please don't be discouraged by the passiveness of other silent members... There are various reasons why they don't show up or participate in the discussions.There are various reasons,too why they joined the groups if you think more about it!LOL I just do whatever I think it's right for myself as a teacher or suitable for other learners,and not to think too much about the rest. As Lily said once,it's supposed to be fun for all of us here.Haven't you had fun so far?;) So LET'S START THE PARTY! LOL It gets lonely sometimes when you post something you thought others might feel interested,but they don't... But it feels great once in a while when they do get my drift and respond the way I expected or even better show me a different perspective!
