Anu, I understand perfectly why you have been worried about Lily's safety. I used to know a few hippies who were men wandering in India and ended up missing,ill or hurt. If they had trouble travelling alone or surviving there,let alone women!:( Lily is a tough woman decided to go on a not-so-short journey as an independent traveler who also has faith in her Indian friends whom she became familiar with online...I don't know if I would dare to do the same myself... TRUST is a delicate thing. Sometimes all you can do is to make a quick decision based on your guts and instinct,and nothing else counts at that particular moment... Elham, There will always be another time to chat. It's so hard to believe that the last time we chatted with Saber was last June already!!! Wed is usually one of my busiest day. So if Anu will be on Skype at 13:00 my time(16:30 his time),it won't be longer than 45 minutes...:( Pablo, So nice to have finally heard your voice,your daughter's,your wife's,your dog's barking and your parakeets chirp.LOL Please don't be discouraged by the passiveness of the silent members. There are as many reasons why they don't show up to post as why they joined the groups at the very beginning...LOL I just do what I think it's right for myself as a volunteer teacher and what's suitable for other learners if they specify what help they need from us. If I think too much of it,it starts to not make much sense to me...:( As Lily said once,we are here to have fun in the name of English. Don't tell me you haven't had fun so far!LOL SO LET"S START THE PARTY,SHALL WE!;) I know it gets lonely sometimes when you post something you thought others might feel interested,but apparently they don't... But it also feels great sometimes when I get some surprising responses which I didn't expect and they showed me perspectives that I myself couldn't even think of!!! I was meaning to tell you and Oshiro that I had enjoyed our daily exchange of messages last month at eslpodcast and here!!!;) I did have a great time hearing from you both and replying to you 2,too!!! So let's keep up the good work despite the poor feedback from others! LOL By the way,Kevin,please be as active as you like!
