Hi friends,

I wonder if interested members in this topic checked the replies to my
post to the teacher Diana:

http://www.helping-you-learn-english.com/efl-learners-how-to-use-the-language.html

Well, the other day I read this:

http://www.helping-you-learn-english.com/improving-listening-skills1.html

I took me some time to find that page. I wanted to share these lines
with you:

"The Secret to Learning English

- Never giving up. That is it. You just keep going.
- If you are frustrated that you don't understand, keep trying.
- If you are mad that you can't communicate as freely as you would
like, try harder.
- If you are sick of being mis-understood, repeat yourself until you
make yourself clear.

You'll Never Fail, Unless You Stop Trying :)"

Well, if you notice, the girl who asks (Maria) went to USA to STUDY
English, very hard, during 3 years! And she needs to improve her
listening and doesn't feel confident!

I've read it's a mistake to go to countries like US to study instead
to PRACTICE. I mean, you can study whatever you consider interesting,
or convenient, but not English... You know what I mean.

Well, it's not good to write so long emails, isn't it? ;) It's not so
convenient for busy readers, isn't it?

Thank you,

Pablo
