Hi Claire, Anu and all,

Actually, I don't have any confidence in my English.
If I'm forced to choose, It's an e-mail. It's more easy to correct
sentence because there is enough time to response.
And I feel least confident in a phone call. I was tense a lot so I
forgot a word which I had known. LOL
