setting php-cgi.exe as compiler is useful for check errors and warnings, but not for viewing it (though in the log window you will get the output html anyways) to view it in internal browser you must: 1.- configure pspad settings under "web server", put there the config of your http server (you must have one running for previewing php's in either internal or external browser) e.g. i have xitami running with the www root at "x:\some folder" with no name (using localhost) so the config i should put is server=localhost, document root=x:\some folder 2.- use the "html preview web server" (ctrl+f10 or ctrl+shift+f10, not sure since i've changed the shortcut) if it does not work, test the page with external browser as well, as it can be a config problem in the server also -- PSPad freeware editor http://www.pspad.com
