I think he means something like this. Inside of a php file: <? $xml_header = '<?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1"?>'; $str_var = "The $str_var variable and this string won't be highlighted as php but as HTML or plain text."; ?> Otherwise, thank you for such a good editor.
