Thanks much for your reply! Yes, you're right. The first "bug" I reported could be cured by the direct edit setting. Thanks & sorry that I reported it as a bug. It'd be nice if this makes it into the settings directly, instead of hidden in the direct edit. The 2nd one still exists in the 4.5.0. What happens is that I created a keymap file using 4.3.x, and when I load it in 4.5.0, it works, and at least for the first minutes (I didn't test for a long time) all the control keys work too. However, when I exit PSPad, my key mappings all got lost, and next time I need to open the keymap file again. To "fix" this situation, I renamed the keymap (.km) file to KeyMap.INI and this time, PSPad 4.5.0 loads the file at start up and the keymap settings were correctly loaded. However, the control characters are lost right away. If this is not a bug, would you please let me know the correct way to enable PSPad to remember my key mapping customization?
