I see. My previous way of renaming the keymap.km created by V4.3.3 to KeyMap.INI created problem for 4.5.0 (I just verified this). Following your suggestion I simply discarded the previous km file and defined a new one in 4.5.0, then saved it to a file, restarted PSPad and both my key mappings and controls keys are working!
