Okay, I can reproduce that Ctrl+T bug:
1. If necessary, set PSPad to create a new text file when you run it
(Program Behavior > Auto open new file after start), then exit PSPad.
2. Run PSPad and type the text below in the new file---but do NOT press
Enter at the end of the line:
Look, it's here now.
3. Press the Home button to move the cursor to the start of the line.
4. Press Ctrl+T a few times. "Look" is deleted, but the cursor stops at
the comma (,)
5. Move the cursor to the space before "it's", then press Ctrl+T a
couple more times. The cursor stops at the apostrophe (')
6. Click "here", then press Ctrl+T a few times. The cursor stops at the
period (.)
If you press Enter and start a new line, you can go back to the first line
and use Ctrl+T normally.
This bug happens sometimes in normal text, too---but it always happens
with the steps above, so I used that as an example.
