Sorry I should have started this in the bugs forum, but I don't know how
to move it.
I just thought I'd add some screenshots to show problem
1st shows correct display using default Courier New
2nd shows garbled display of same page with Lucida Console
3rd shows problem has gone when syntax highlighting turned off
