And you also cant create Files of this type in PSPad. Is this right? What I meant with kill all processes is to open Windows Taskmanager and kill every non-system process currently running. Perhaps an other Application blocks something. Antivir, ... Whats the configuration of your computer? Windows, CPU, Ram? How long is it since the last installation of Windows?
