Yes, I know this problem. No, it's not related to any extension in particular.. there are some files that (dunno why) have problems with displaying in PSPad. I mean, when you try to open them you just get an empty page. You can rename the exension in any way you think, you can even remove the whole .* from the filename but the problem does not go away. I think it's a problem related to the format used for saving those files.. Try this: open any of the files you cant open with PSPad in Notepad for example, copy all the content, paste it in a new blank document in PSPad and overwrite the old one. Here it is, your unreadable .* file can now be edited in any editor.. -- PSPad freeware editor http://www.pspad.com
