Just a quick note to say what a great job Jan is doing! I have been using PSPad for several months, and recieved my first crash and error message just recently. I sent it in with the brilliantly designed error report system, and to my surprise quickly recieved an email back from Jan informing me that I was using an old Alpha version! I knew I had been installing the latest versions as they were released, so to my surprise I found that text/php files were associated in windows with an old pspad installation that I had forgotten was there! Some developers would simply dismiss an error report like that. I don't think I've ever received that quality of support from any commercial software, and most definitely never from the developer himself. Excellent job from a truly first class person!
