You can decrypt it easily by cut'n'paste etc., PGP/MIME typically is hidden by the Mail program (MUA). There are/were MUAs (some Outlook/Express versions) that silently discarded the whole PGP/MIME block leaving the receipient with an "empty" message body... But today, *if* you want/need HTML and OpenPGP, PGP/MIME is how to achieve this. Just beware that you *might* come across some (mobile?!) clients that are not PGP/MIME aware. Also, there's a difference between signing only vs. encrypting messages. While you might sign any outgoung message (and the risk somewone uses a MUA that does not know how to handle PGP/MIME), any PGP-encrypted message requires the key of the receipient thus the receipient should be aware of such issues.
