Good news !!

I tried again to drag that column separator and although nothing appeared to
happen, when I dragged to the right across the full screen, I noticed that the
horizontal scroll bar's dragging element was actually increasing in size. So
something was happening.

I moved the cursor back and grabbed a second time and did another full screen
drag to the right - the scroll bar element increased to almost the width of
the key manager window. A third drag on the column separator and the scroll
bar disappeared completely and the name column started to open up.

I have never seen anything like that before - I had to drag across 3 full
widths of my screen before I started to see the name column open up.

Then a simple click on "Restore column order" and all is perfect.

ps. I have tried to drag it back to the left to go back to the 'bad' display
but I can't get there.

I'm sorry for all the time you've wasted on my problem.

Philip
