-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 I think I tracked down the issue I was experiencing. When someone sends an HTML message that they want to encrypt, they get a warning:
Message contains HTML formatting information that will be lost when converting to plain text for signing/encryption. Do you wish to proceed? they click 'Send Message Anyway' I get the following: MIME-Version: 1.0 To: [email protected] Subject: asdf X-Enigmail-Version: 1.6 Content-Type: multipart/alternative; boundary="------------010401000704070800030508" X-Virus-Scanned: clamav-milter 0.98 at rain.cc.lehigh.edu X-Virus-Status: Clean This is a multi-part message in MIME format. - --------------010401000704070800030508 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1 Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable ... Where the encrypted body is actually converted to HTML: - -----BEGIN PGP MESSAGE-----
Charset: ISO-8859-1
Version: GnuPG v1.4.12 (GNU/Linux)
Comment: Using GnuPG with Icedove - http://www.enigmail.net/

... Thus enigmail can't do anythign with it. Being fastitious about only sending plain-text email avoids this issue. I'm not sure what else can be done. - - Munroe On 05/01/2014 12:49 PM, Antoine Polatouche wrote: > > > Le 01/05/2014 15:23, Munroe Sollog a écrit : >> Antoine - > >> I saw your thread on the enigmail mailing-list.
