Enigmail 1.6. I post an email to a person that is signed and encrypted. I select to 'send-later' and the email goes to the Outbox. Signed and encrypted. All is okay. I 'edit' that message and change the To: line to send the same email to someone else that is only to be signed. With 'send later' the second message is also saved to the Outbox but does not get signed. An original email to the second address and save 'send-later' does get signed. Both address are listed in 'per-recipent' rules. The first is set to always sign and encrypt. The second is set to sign only.
