I have to correct myself. I can reproduce this and it does not depend on per-recipient-rules. The way to reproduce the observed behaviour is: Start composing a mail in an OpenPGP/Enigmail enabled account/identity. Switch the composing identity to a non-OpenPGP/Enigmail enabled one. Either this identity is configured for autosaving drafts or try to save the message manually. Then the "You did not configure this identity for using Enigmail security" message pops up. This seems to be a bug, as Enigmail obviously tries to save the message encrypted but cannot find the required public key - as it isn't configured yet. This happens with the latest Enigmail nightly and is probably also present in 1.7.2.
