... Probably not that. :) Files that you and only you should be able to read or write need to be set 600; files that only you should be able to write but anyone can read should be set 644; directories that only you will have access to should be 700; directories only you should write to but other people can read from should be set 755. E.g.: srwxr-xr-x@ 1 rjh staff 0 May 6 22:45 S.dirmngr srwxr-xr-x@ 1 rjh staff 0 Apr 29 22:20 S.gpg-agent srwxr-xr-x@ 1 rjh staff 0 May 6 22:45 S.scdaemon drwx------@ 3 rjh staff 102 Jan 12 15:54 crls.d -rw-------@ 1 rjh staff 557 Feb 17 14:42 gpg-agent.conf -rw-------@ 1 rjh staff 623 Feb 17 14:38 gpg.conf drwx------ 12 rjh staff 408 Jan 15 09:08 private-keys-v1.d -rw-r--r--@ 1 rjh staff 9206289 May 6 22:45 pubring.kbx -rw-------@ 1 rjh staff 600 May 12 19:37 random_seed -rw------- 1 rjh staff 7 May 6 22:45 reader_0.status -rw------- 1 rjh staff 2960 May 6 22:46 trustdb.gpg (pubring.kbx is readable by others for a simple reason -- it's public data!) _______________________________________________ enigmail-users mailing list [email protected] To unsubscribe or make changes to your subscription click here: https://admin.hostpoint.ch/mailman/listinfo/enigmail-users_enigmail.net
