sorry that is the problem.
The 'decrypt' button does not show up so I can not drag it.

I installed enigmail on my pc and laptop without problems.
I installed it on a friends (Japanese) laptop. At the initial install
the 'decrypt' button was available to drag but without Icon. After
dragging it to the toolbar there was only a blank space. hovering the
mouse over the blank space showed that there was a button.
I resetted the toolbar to default to remove the blank button.
after that the 'decrypt' button also didn't show anymore in the
customize toolbar menu.
I am not sure but maybe thunderbird still thinks that the button is on
the toolbar and therefor is not showing it in the customize toolbar menu.

I hope you understand the problem
