I am sure it looks nice on your retina display, but on my screen
the font looks blurry, e.g. on https://enigmail.net/index.php/en/home .
My recommendation would be to try other displays next to your Mac as
well, just to check how the fonts you have chosen look like.

BTW, my regular browser is google-chrome on Linux, but I get a blurry
font on Firefox as well.
