That's part of the GPG Suite for Mac supplied by GPGTools. This suite is
installed by Enigmails setup wizard on Mac OS X.

Of yourse, you can use GPGKeychain.app to view and edit your keyring,
but if you want to make use of the changes made there (or generally
said: outside of Enigmail), you must either open Enigmails key manager
and select "Reload key cache" or restart Thunderbird.

Alternatively, all operations on your key pair, such as extending the
exiry date, setting "Owner trust" level, etc. can be done from Enigmails
key manager.

It's your choice which GUI you want to use :-)

Ah, well, that's the GPGTools support website. You'd have to file a bug
at the GPGTools support asking for changing their screenshot.
